All of our products are custom made to order so it is very important that you follow our measuring and installation instructions. Of course we realize that mistakes may occur, which is why we offer the Standard Warranty options below.
Start by ordering just one or 2 item before ordering for all of your windows. That way you can see how quickly your custom shade or blind is delivered and how easy your product is to put up, so you can order more with confidence!
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're unhappy with our products or color of it, just let us know within 14 days of receipt and we'll work to find a different product for you, or assist you in returning it to us for a refund.
Fit or Free Guarantee
If your blinds don't fit, even if you made a mistake in measuring, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll remake it in the sizes you need at no cost to you. You do not pay for remake order's shipping. You don't even pay for the return shipping of your old blind.
Not Covered Under This Guarantee
- Any order containing3 or more of the same product,- Any product orderedoutside our recommended sizes or specifications, which can be found on the product page.
3-year warranty
-Manufacturer defects and shipping damage (reported within 14 calendar days)
-Materials, operating mechanisms (including cords and ladders), and other parts are covered for 3 years, provided window covering is installed to specifications in installation instructions.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Not Covered Under This Guarantee
- Variations in texture, construction or color of natural products, slight warping of wood products, and natural color changes to materials that take place over time.
Product failure due to any of the following:
- Improper installation, operation, or cleaning.
- Normal wear and tear as a result of time and repetitive daily habits.
Examples of normal wear and tear include faded blinds/shades from continued exposure to the sun or a frayed pull string that has worn out through normal use.
- Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture.
- Damage from children, pets, or insects.
- Improper cleaning.
- Alteration of any kind.
- Products that exceed size recommendations or are outside of product specifications (as shown on product page).
